1. Pre-Order/Made-to-Order Items:
- All pre-order and made-to-order items are non-changeable and non-refundable.
- Sales for these items are considered final.
- Natural vein, wood cracks, and other imperfections inherent to the material are not considered production defaults.
- Our products are handcrafted, and we embrace the uniqueness and imperfections of craftsmanship.
- Antique and vintage items are one-off pieces, and their condition is reflective of aging.
- Normal aging may include scars, discoloration, and other traces of time.
- Customers should expect these characteristics as part of the item's history and charm.
- Refunds are only applicable to in-stock items.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Orders can only be canceled if the items are in-stock.
- Pre-order and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
- Items must be returned in the original boxes to qualify for a refund.
- Returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition.
- Refunds will be processed upon successful inspection of returned items.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item for prompt assistance.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, contingent upon inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.
